This was a shot taken from the deck of Bertrand at Mr. A's, where we had quite a good Restaurant Week dinner tonight. I used the balcony railing to stabilize the lens during the 8 second exposure. Shot at ISO 400, because I don't think I could have held the camera steady for the 32 seconds that would have been required to get the proper exposure at ISO 100.
