A text message from my sister at 5AM saying, "Happy Valentine's Day!"
A) I'm single.
B) I've lived on the West Coast for 3.5 years - you'd think my family would understand the concept of time zones by now.
Sigh.

Family and valentine's day. They really know how to make you feel great, don't they?
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in high school, I went through a rough break up in January. I was starting to feel ok after a few weeks but then Valentine's day rolled around and I got all mopey again. My mom then spoke some words of wisdom: "You know, Adrian, this isn't the last Valentine's day you'll be lonely." Gee, thanks!
