I just pre-ordered a copy of the new Mountain Goats CD, Heretic Pride, due out Feburary 19th. That decision was based mostly on the excellent new song "just realeased (via Stereogum), entitled "Sax Rohmer #1." I still think "Woke Up New," from 2006's Get Lonely, is one of the most honest songs about breaking up that I've ever heard.
